“Belonging & community - bulding workshops - tironut.org facilitated more than 30 workshops and peer-led sessions in north america and israel focused on belonging, identity, and storytelling as tools for community cohesion. These sessions reached over 600 young adults, increasing participants' sense of connection and engagement within the jewish communtity by 35% based on follow-up surveys.”

“Outreach & support network program - this program provides tangible and emotional support to young adults in israel and the diaspora through volunteer coordination, peer mentorship, and care-package delivery. Over 200 care packages were distributed, 25 solidarity dialogues were conducted, and 40 volunteer partnerships were established during the year. The network reinforces tironut.org's core values of empathy, unity, and doing more than expected in service to others.”
