The Form 990 is prepared by an independent outside accounting firm with assistance from the Organization's Board and record keepers. The Form 990 is then distributed to the full Board for review before filing with the IRS.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

AOEC Real Estate (the "Corporation") maintains a conflict of interest policy that applies to all Corporation Directors, officers, agents, and employees. No Director, officer, committee member, or employee of, or any person connected with, the Corporation, or any other private individual, shall receive at any time any of the net earnings or pecuniary profit from the operations of the Corporation, provided that this shall not prevent the payment to any such person of such reasonable compensation and reimbursement of expenses as shall be fixed by the Board of Directors for services rendered to or for the Corporation in effecting any of its purposes; and no such person or persons shall be entitled to share in the distribution of any of the corporate assets upon the dissolution of the Corporation.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15

No Director of AOEC Real Estate (the "Corporation") will receive compensation for serving as Director. However, any Director may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his or her duties as a Director. The Corporation may pay compensation in reasonable amounts to agents and employees for services rendered, such amount to be established by the Board or, if the Board delegates power to any officer or officers, then by such officer or officers. However, as of the end of this tax year, the Corporation had no employees nor any compensated officers or executives.

However, as of the end of this tax year, the Corporation had no employees nor any compensated officers or executives.
