“Part III - Statement of Program Service Accomplishments: Organization's primary exempt purpose: Global Partners In Peace Inc. was established as a legal entity in October of 2022. The mission of Global Partners In Peace is to work with persons within the interfaith community, including educational institutions, foundations and associations to promote and educate in the areas of religious tolerance, reduction of hate-related incidents and to eliminate negative stereotypes associated with religious and cultural backgrounds. After the formation of the organization and initial funding at the end of 2022, 2023 began as a set-up phase. During this time two key employees used their time, experience and background to meet with legal professionals to complete the legal documentation necessary and to set up ongoing accounting procedures. The purpose was to establish a company that will continue for the foreseeable future. Line 28 - Nationwide Polling and Research: Global Partners In Peace hired Artemis Strategy Group to conduct both Secondary and Primary research to establish the following: (1) Assess the magnitude and contours of the current perceptual challenges around religious extremism and its impact on overall attitudes toward all faiths, but especially toward the Muslim faith; (2) Explore specific perceptions, attitudes and knowledge that feed distrust and animosity toward all faiths, but especially toward the Muslim faith; (3) Identify specific characteristics, beliefs and behaviors that the Muslim faith may emphasize to promote a fairer, more accepting understanding of the faith, and which can provide the bridge to other faiths toward building stronger interconnections; (4) Identify the specific messages and channels to most effectively showcase the main voices of the faith and proponents of moderation, particularly with audiences in the United States. This research was a 4-month project that included a 3,000-respondent quantitative survey utilizing an online panel that is representative of the U.S. adult population, but which can also be stratified by intensity of religious faith and religious affiliation. The nationwide poll covered the following topics: (1) Respondent faith profiles including which faith(s) and degree and depth of participation; (2) Perceptions of major faiths (as experienced and understood in the U.S.) including Jewish, Protestant, Muslim, Catholic, Mormon, etc.; (3) Specific ways all religious faiths are generally seen as in sync and ways they differ in teachings and traditions, with specific measurements for the Muslim faith; (4) Relative impact on overall respect and trust for each major point of similarity and difference with particular attention to the Muslim faith; (5) Awareness and favorability toward significant religious institutions, organizations and leaders; (6) Sources of knowledge and beliefs relative to religious faiths, including personal contact with adherents of different faiths; (7) Demographic profiles. Total cost: $95,000. Line 29 - Advertising and Marketing: Global Partners in Peace used the data from the Primary and Secondary Research to promote the organization and establish a relationship with religious groups. To support this effort, a website was created and marketing materials were created. This included relevant messaging and educational topics. Also, this required participation at events to meet and promote our data to other religious groups and forums. These activities were accomplished by the original two key employees who started the company. Total cost: $30,292. Line 30 - Set up and establish the 501(c)(3): To move the organization forward, professional services were necessary including legal documentation and corporate management guidelines and documentation. In addition, accounting guidelines and bookkeeping services were set up to maintain the organization's finances. These services were performed by professional legal and accounting firms. These services will continue f”
