“UPON REQUEST”
“Income taxes the partnership is exempt from federal income taxes and classified as a private operating partnership under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code (irc). The partnership follows the fasb accounting standards codification, which provides guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an organization's financial statements. As of june 30, 2024, the partnership had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The partnership's policy is to recognize interest and penalties on unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense in the financial statements. However, no interest or penalties were recorded during the year ended june 30, 2024.”

THIS PROCESS INCLUDED THREE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS AND DOZENS OF ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS. BY LISTENING TO MANY VOICES FROM ACROSS THE REGION, WE ALONG WITH OUR CONSULTANT (YOUNGER ASSOCIATES) IDENTIFIED SHARED PRIORITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES TO STRENGTHEN OUR ECONOMIC FOUNDATION AND ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE.AS A RESULT OF THESE DISCUSSIONS, A STRATEGIC PLAN WAS DEVELOPED WITH SIX KEY FOCUS AREAS IDENTIFIED AS CRITICAL TO OUR REGION'S GROWTH AND PROSPERITY:1.
