Our mission for snapback NC Co. is to change the stigma of the population that struggles with substance use, alcoholism and mental illness. We provide peer support community resources through support groups, therapeutics services, and educational workshops. Also working with community to connect the family to other resources such as employment, and continuing education. We link individuals to higher levels of care if needed.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Peer Support Services (PSS) are and evidenced based mental health model of care that provides community-based recovery services directly to a Medicaid eligible adult individual diagnosed with a mental health or substance use disorder. PSS provides structured, scheduled services that promote recovery, self-determination self-advocacy, engagement in self-care and wellness and enhancement of community living skills of the individual. PSS services are directly provided by certified peer support specialists (CPSS) who have self-identified as a person in recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder.$0$7,184
