Form 990, Part III, Line 3

In march 2020, the city of palmer, the only remaining contributing employer to the trust, terminated their membership in the trust. The trust elected to terminate as there will no longer be any employers participating. The trust ceased accepting new claims during 2020, but continued run-out administration until march 2021. The trust made its final disbursement of assets for the provision of benefits to its most recent former participants on december 28, 2021.
