“The association is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code. In accordance with the fasb accounting standards codification 740, income taxes, the association evaluated their tax positions and determined that their tax positions are more-likely- than-not to be sustained on examination. Accordingly, there are no unrecognized benefits or applicable interest and penalties that should be recorded. The assocation file information returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction.
