Membership consists of solid waste companies and professionals across washington state. There are two types of membership: regular and associate. Assocate members have access to wrra events, wrra's newsletter, e-mail and fax notifications concerning the solid wate and recycling industries and the wrra, the includion in the wrra membership directory, and wrra staff support. Associate members do not have voting rights.
