“Wentchee valley concert associations's primary purpose is to build and maintain a permanent concert audience in the city of wenatchee and the surrounding area. The association does this by cultivating an interest in good music and encouraging the performance of qualified artists. It provides opportunity for citizens to hear good music in the form of concerts and recitals. It fosters public appreciation of music.”
