OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: CARE/SAFE/CAPS programs designed to help maintain children in the community who are actively using substances or are in danger of relapse (Community Assisted Recovery Environment Program), provides crisis stabilization services to children in the midst of a major mental health crisis (Supervised Alternative Family Environment Program) or provides case aide and parent support to SED youth and their families (Case Aide & Parent Supports Program). OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: Transition and Assessment Bed Program (TAP) which is licensed for up to four youths and is designed to respond quickly to the placement needs of the referring agency. Placement is for up to 90 days with the goal of assessing the youth's needs and transitioning the youth to the most appropriate, least restrictive placement.Regular and Step Down Foster Care.”
