“Form 990 is prepared by an independent cpa, reviewed and approved by management, and reviewed and approved by the audit committee of the board of directors for final approval.”

“All employees are subject to an ongoing conflict of interest policy, as are all officers and directors. The conflict of interest policy is in the program distributed to all directors and committee members, who are all required to execute annual conflict statements. Directors recuse themselves from voting on any issue in which a conflict of interest may arise.”

“This organization has no compensation, thus no executive compensation review and approval policy is maintained at this time.”

“C.a.r. Housing affordability fund began its homeowner assistance program recipients prior to disbursement of funds. Additional correspondence is requested if there are any questions or needed clarification is warranted. In order to qualigy for one-time assistance not to exceed $2,500, each applicant must meet the following requirements: 1. Homebuyers must use a california realtor in the transaction 2. Purchase a primary single-family residence in california with the intent to occupy the property as your primary residence. 3. Be a first-time homebuyer 4. Buy a home with applicable hoa dues/fees 5. Haf must receive all program requirements no later than thirty (30) days after closing escrow 6. Submit an application and program certification form.”
