“OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: Aspiration's San Francisco Nonprofit Technology Center continued to offer free and below market rate office and meeting space to nonprofits using technology for social change. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: We continued our fiscal sponsorship of the Collaborative Knowledge Foundation, a project that is dedicated to transforming how knowledge is created, improved, and shared in nonprofit academic contexts by building community-owned software solutions in open science, open research, and open education. We also offered a short-term fiscal sponsorship to Affinity, an open-source software project dedicated to helping volunteers work together more easily, and began receiving donations for another fiscal project, Tahoe-LAFS, which is creating an open source distributed platform to allow nonprofit staff, human rights activists, whistle-blowers, and journalists working in hostile environments to safely share and backup sensitive files. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: Our Strategic Consulting Program continued to advise nonprofit staff on a variety of technology and strategy issues, including pro bono services for underserved organizations. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 7: Through our Tech Leadership Development Program, we fostered new, emerging thought leaders, and held our 15th annual Nonprofit Software Development Summit in Oakland, CA. Our best attended Summit to date, it included more than 160 organizations from over 80 organizations around the world.”

“Upon a financial audit of accounting records for the tax period ended December 31, 2018 amounts were restated for the following items:- Restatement to adjust accounts receivable and program fee revenue to record transactions in the correct period.- Restatement to adjust grants receivable and program fee revenue to record transactions in the correct period.- Restatement of accounts payable and contract services expense to record transactions in the correct period.- Restatement of accumulated depreciation and depreciation expense to record transactions in the correct period.”
