Activity 2

Nten delivered more than 100 interactive webinars in 2012, benefiting over 2,000 organizational memberships with content from over 100 industry experts on curriculum ranging from training on technology tools, concepts, and strategy to maximize organizational impact. Additionally, nten hosted 3 technology leadership academy (tla) cohorts which paired webinars and off- line training to create technology champions. The tla program has impacted more than 200 organizations, with 125 organizations participating and learning in 2012. Through the generous support provided from google and the mellon foundation, nten is able to provide many of the webinars as well as all of the tla operations at no cost to our participants.

Activity 3

In 2012 nten published 5 reports on nonprofit technology topics including online communications benchmarks, social networking benchmarks, technology staffing and budgeting benchmarks, cloud technology adoption, and data management practices, with an average of 2,000 downloads per report. Nten also produced qualitative studies and articles regarding nonprofit technology practices and strategies in the form of 35 case studies published on the nten website which receives an average of 40,000 unique visitors a month, and 4 issues of a quarterly journal with a subscription base of 10,000 nonprofit leaders.
