Uw pays the employees for their services to pnwgp and issues all w-2's and payroll tax returns. The number of form w-2's issued by uw, on behalf of pnwgp, is reported on form 990, part v, line 2a. The answer to part v, line 2b; uw (not pnwgp) files all required federal employment tax returns. In addition, compensation and related payroll expenses for pnwgp staff (paid by uw) are reported on part vii and part ix of the form 990.”
