Home visiting staff were able to connect with high risk mother/infant pairs. The visitations were for hospital vistis and for follow up visits at the child's home.”

This program assists families with funds to address the need for prescriptions, prosthethics, equipment, rehabilitation, emergenacy transportation, travel to distant medical facilities, meals, and motel expenses while the child is receiving care in a tertiary care setting away from home. During this year, the program was able to assist 19 families whose children had encountered a severe illness or injury.”
