Change in Accounting Principle - Effective December 31, 2022 CFTH retrospectively adopted ASU 2016-02 (Leases Topic 842) and the provisions of ASC842. ASC 842 requires that for leases greater than 12 months in lease terms, be presented on the balance sheets as Right of Use assets and Lease Liabilities.

Change in net assets is due to converting the HILLC and Clark County agreement to a Block Grant for The Pacific. $1,800,000. Also converted to a Block Grant is $1,000,000 for The Meridian. The third loan converted to a Block Grant is $859,614 for the Meridian. The total is $3,659,614.
