The president of the urban league of rochester, ny, inc. (the urban league), a related party of kenwood housing development fund company, inc. (kenwood), also serves on the board of directors of kenwood. The president's salary is paid entirely by the urban league. The urban league has a formal policy regarding executive compensation. An executive committee of the board of directors meets annually to review the president's annual evaluation. The determination of the compensation level involves a comparison of the president's compensation level to other local similar sized not-for-profit entities. The compensation level is determined based upon the above procedures and then voted on and approved by the committee.
