“Travel to conferences and meetings was paid to educate members on wildlife issues and to further learn about public concerns regarding bear hunting. A banquet was held to raise money for our scholarships and donations.”

“Four scholarships were awarded to area students interested in wildlife conservation in the amount of 500 each. We paid dues and grants to the upper peninsula sportmens's association, michigan bear hunters association and the michigan united conservation club to help support their efforts in hunting and conservation. We donated to legislative sportsmen caucus, michigan sportsmen defense alliance to support the cause of hunting and training of hunting dogs.”
