THE GRANT LOG IS DISTRIBUTED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT EACH BOARD MEETING (EVERY 2 MONTHS.) THE FINANCE COMMITTEE ALSO RECEIVES THIS GRANT LOG. 3. BEFORE THE BOARD MEETING THE GRANTS LOG IS PROVIDED TO THE ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR. A CROSS CHECK IS MADE TO ENSURE ALL NUMBERS MATCH AND GRANTS ARE DESIGNATED TO THE APPROPRIATE PROGRAMS. 4.
