“In april, 2011, the board of directors of cpumi made the decision to cease all ongoing program operations. The executive director, rev. George, was given sixty-days' notice, with employment terminating on june 10, 2011. During the remainder of 2011, the board worked to reduce the ongoing costs of asset maintenance and review the vision and mission of the organization. In february, 2012, the decision was made to dissolve the organization. During 2013, the property was donated to the presbytery of south louisiana as well as the remaining bank accounts. As required by schedule n: we have attached the february 2012 minutes, the letter to the presbytery of south louisiana informing them of the decision to donate the assets and the board resolution to initiate the act of donations back to the presbytery of south louisiana for the remaining assets.”
