The john muir/mt. Diablo community health fund supports health initiatives that address current and emerging health care needs. To do so, we distribute grants to and partner with the leaders of these initiatives: community-based, nonprofit organizations that provide either high quality, affordable primary, specialty, dental, and behavioral health care or innovative wellness and support programs that contribute to good health.
