Supplemental Narrative

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The center is tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes is included in the accompanying financial statements. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the center and has concluded that, as of december 31, 2022 and 2021, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The center's federal income tax returns prior to fiscal year 2019 are closed. Management continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings. If applicable, the center recognizes interest and penalties associated with tax matters as part of income tax expense and includes accrued interest and penalties with accrued expenses in the statements of financial position.

PART XI, LINE 2D - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:

Special event expenses reclassified to revenue 130,058.

PART XII, LINE 2D - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:
