Mission

To support the construction industry training council of washington, public charity ein #91-1283628, and its mission to recruit, train, develop, and retain skilled labor for the washington state construction industry.

Provide tuition and support for federal and state apprenticeship training students in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hvac, sheet metal, painting and heavy equipment trades.
