The starling foundation stipulates that up to eight students who study with margaret pressley can be selected by her to be eligible to receive tuition toward violin lessons during the conservatory's school year. It also pays the director, ms. Pressley, an annual salary during the school year. It funds conservatory tuition, pianist fees, travel fees, administrative fees, violin supplies, and anything else that ms. Pressley stipulates as needed for violin education through this fund.”
