People Organized to Operate Leisure Activities (P.O.O.L.) was formed to renovate and reopen an existing public swimming pool located in North Pacific County - Raymond, Washington. The P.O.O.L. group will undertake studies, project management duties and operation of the facility in order to lessen the burdens of government. Raymond is a small community without the depth of resources necessary to carry out the project requirements.
