“Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b - The Treasurer provides a local Accountant with the financial data completed by the organization. The Treasurer and Accountant are responsible making sure the 990 Return is filed on time. The Accountant filed an electronic extension for 2024 and will electronically filed the 990 return. The Accountant provides proof of electronic delivery to the Treasurer when they are electronically accepted by the IRS. The 990 is available for all Board of Director Members.”

“Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c - This is completed during board meetings, as needed and reviewed annually.”

“Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 - The Board of Directors, the the Director of Operations, and the Treasurer set the wages. It is based on research with the Cost of Living Increase percentage, (COLA from the Social Security website), and checked against other Non Profit organizations for like job titles. It is used for the Director of Operations and the office staff wages. This will be completed annually, and compensation will be increased as long as there are funds within the organization to do so. Total compensation includes WA State Sick Pay and Paid Time Off (PTO), for all employees”

“Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 - Upon receipt for request of disclosure, the president and other officers obtain the requested information, and arrange to have it made available for the requester at a mutually convenient time and place. The 990 is uploaded to the organization's website and Guidestar.com.”

“Net Reconciliation of Assets-there an outage of the net assets. We will be checking the books as we are off $60k too much. We will be filing an Amended Return.”
