“Per the policy, at any time a Regional Council Board Member has direct or indirect interest, relationship with, an individual or organization who proposes any transaction with the Corporation, shall give notice of relationship and shall, after that, refrain from discussing or voting on the particular transaction in which they have an interest, or otherwise attempt to exert any influence on other Board members or its components to affect a decision to participate or not participate in the transaction.”

“The Executive Committee is responsible for providing a salary comparison of other Regional EMS Directors and a performance review of the Executive Director. These items and a proposal are brought forward to the Board for deliberation and decision. The deliberation may be held within an Executive Session of a Regional Council meeting and final decision is noted within the minutes of the regular meeting.”

“The organization makes the governing documents, conflicts of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request.”

“Description of Organization Mission Trauma System in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Okanogan counties and providing training to emergency personnel.”

“Decisions of the Corporation are brought before the Board members for voting. An approval vote is dependent upon a quorum 1/3 of members and a majority favor vote.”

“All members present at the December meeting have/will have reeived a copy of the form 990.”
