Spokane Center for Independent Living provides a transitional program that is designed to assist individuals residing in institutional living situations transfer to a more independent, less restrictive community-based setting. A qualified Independent Living Services Case Worker will work one-on-one with you, exploring options to help you find the right independent living situation for a successful transition. In addition, the Case Worker will assess you healthcare requirements to ensure continuity of care is maintained.
