The treasurer reviews the form 990 with the executive director and presents copies to the board of directors for their review at the board's monthly meeting.

The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually with the board of directors. If a potential conflict arises, the board of directors and executive director review the matter and if necessary bring it to vote by the board. Any board member involved in the conflict is excluded from the vote.

The executive director and administrative assistant receive annual evaluations, at which compensation and potential annual pay raises are discussed. The board determines the compensation amount based on the employee's skills, experience, and job performance, and considers any increase in pay relative to the organization's current budget.
