Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11

The draft Form 990, including all required schedules, is initially reviewed by the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for accuracy and completeness. It is then presented to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors for a detailed review and discussion at a scheduled meeting. The Finance Committee provides recommendations and any necessary revisions to the full Board of Directors. The final version of Form 990 is then presented to all members of the governing body for review and approval at a regularly scheduled Board meeting prior to filing with the IRS. The Board reviews the form to ensure it accurately reflects the organizations mission, activities, finances, and governance practices, consistent with its fiduciary duties
