The executive committee does compare the salary of the executive director to similar positions in the local area as well as to those holding comparable jobs across the country. Final salary is approved by the full board of directors. There are no other full-time paid employees. The hourly wage set for the executive director's office assistant is determined by the executive director with input from the board.”
