The current collective bargaining agreement (the agreement) between pma, on behalf of its member companies, and the ilwu, on behalf of itself and its longshore division local unions, was effective as of july 1, 2014, shall remain in effect until july 1, 2019, and requires the parties to continue to establish and maintain the lrc. The predecessor collective bargaining agreement, effective from july 1, 2008 to july 1, 2014, similarly required the parties to establish and maintain the lrc.”
