Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

The organization has the firs council to elect the governing board. It is an advisory and support body with approximately 259 members that meets annually. New members are nominated by invitation of current council members.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

The finance committee of the board reviews and approves the 990 prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Each board member has a signed conflict of interest policy on file. Annually, at the march board meeting, the conflict of interest policy is reviewed, and each member is asked if he/she needs to disclose any relationship which may be considered in conflict, or amend their signed policy in any way.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15A

The director of business administration sends details of the executive director's compensation to the board president to be shared and approved by the entire board at the next meeting. The percentage increase in the executive director's proposed salary is also presented in budget reports. All budgets must be approved by the board of directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19
