Spokane building owners & managers association (spokane boma) retained the services of liz van den berg, llc, a management company, to provide the administration, management, and advisory services necessary to conduct the day-to-day affairs of spokane boma. Elizabeth van den berg is the sole owner of liz van den berg, llc. Spokane boma paid 60,600 in 2023 to liz van den berg, llc for elizabeth van den berg's services.

Spokane boma has four classes of members as follows: 1. Principal members are building owners, managers, brokers for buildings in the greater spokane area. Representing all types of commercial building classes. 2. Association members are companies who service the commercial real estate industry. 3. Institutional members are those who represent buildings or facilities in spokane county owned or operated on behalf of the united states of america. 4. Spokane life memberships are defined as individuals who have been members of spokane boma for a minimum of 20 years or longer and who are retired or no longer eligible for membership.
