Spokane Building Owners & Managers Association (Spokane BOMA) retained the services of Liz Van Den Berg, LLC, a management company, to provide the administration, management and advisory services necessary to conduct the day-to-day affairs of Spokane BOMA. Elizabeth Van Den Berg is the sole owner of Liz Van Den Berg, LLC. Spokane BOMA paid $57,750 in 2022 to Liz Van Den Berg, LLC for Elizabeth Van Den Berg's services.

Spokane BOMA has four classes of members as follows: 1. Principal members are building owners, managers, brokers for buildings in the greater Spokane area. Representing all types of commercial building classes. 2. Associate members are companies who service the commercial real estate industry. 3. Institutional members are those who represent buildings or facilities in Spokane County owned or operated for on behalf of the United States of America. 4. Spokane Life memberships are defined as individuals who have been members of BOMA Spokane for a minimum of 20 years or longer and who are retired or no longer eligible for membership.

The Association does not have any employees. Compensation for management services provided by the Executive Director is paid to Liz Van Den Berg, LLC, a management company. The Board of Directors receives a fee recommendation for the Executive Director's contract amount from the Finance Committee. The Board makes the final decision for the following year's compensation.
