“The members of the federation are the arkansas rice council, the arkansas rice farmer's group, the arkansas members of the usa rice miller's association and the arkansas members of the usa rice merchant's association.”

“The federation board shall consist of eleven (11) members, five (5) of whom shall be producer representatives, four (4) of whom shall be handler representatives, one (1) whom shall be the president and ceo of the usa rice federation, who shall be a non-voting ex officio member, and one (1) of whom shall be the federation executive director, who shall be a non- voting ex officio member. The five (5) producer members shall be selected jointly by the arkansas rice council and the arkansas farmer's group. The handler representatives shall be selected as follows: two (2) members selected by the arkansas members of the usa rice miller's association and two (2) members selected by the arkansas members of the usa rice merchant's association. Each director shall hold office for two (2) years or until his or her resignation or removal. As of the end of the tax year, there were no board positions unfilled.”
