We will continue to grow our donor base by demonstrating sustainable wellness outcomes. Our mission is to address health care disparities and improve the obesity statistics in nashville by offering women a holistic and individualized approach to developing healthy lifestyles. We offer women, regardless of income, group wellness education classes that cover a variety of topics including nutrition and cooking, self-actualization, and behavior modification. Tnbc's classes are focused on coaching women in their journey to build a healthy mind, body, and improved quality of life. Tnbc provided thousands of hours of service to over 460 women in the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Graduates, on average, experience a 7% change in body composition as they lose 4% of their body fat mass and gain 3% in muscle mass. More than 40% of women taking prescription medications when they join tnbc, have stopped or decreased the amount of prescription medication for obesity related disease. 100% have reported improved confidence and self-concept, 94% have improved knowledge of nutritional concepts, 95% of clients report that tnbc had a positive influence on their family and friends, and 100% of graduates have improved strength and mobility. Tnbc continues to form partnerships and explore collaborative opportunities with other non-profit organizations, mnps, physicians, clinics, corporations and foundations.”
