Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Help women empower other women by (a) providing adventure participants with the opportunity to grow in confidence while developing leadership and team working skills and (b) providing funding to internationally based charitable organizations which support female-focused initiatives.

We inspire and enable women to reach their highest potential by organizing inspirational trekking expeditions that empower participants and raise funds for local non-profit organizations with female-focused initiatives.the company requires that each donor participant raise a minimum target to support local charitable organizations conducting female based charitable programs in the regions where the mountain challenges are based. Substantially all of these funds are distributed through a grant process with a small portion (up to 15%) retained to cover program costs. Donor - participants are required to raise the minimum donation amounts to insure that the applicant has sufficient financial resources to make meaningful grants to deserving charities pursuant to the grant process.
