“The president shall annually appoint an executive committee composed of not less than 3 nor more than 9 members, 2 of whom shall be the president and immediate past president, and the remainder from the board of directors. The executive committee shall have the power to hire an executive director and set the salary, compensation, duties, powers, and tenure. The committee shall also have the power of the board of directors between board meetings and while the board is not in session.”
