The HALI Access Network is the pan-African network of organzations that unlocks pathways to world-class higher education for High-Achieving Low-Income HALI students. Through collective advocacy member capacity building university partnerships and strategic transition support we remove structural and financial barriers to access ensuring that talent not circumstances defines opportunity. We champion equitable access to higher education for Africas most promising students by convening and strengthening local nonprofits universities and global educational corporations that prepare talented young people for global universities. Our pan-African coalition of 41 member organizations in 16 countries equips grassroots nonprofits with tools training and partnerships to prepare students for competitive scholarships and navigate complex application processes.

The HALI Access Network is an association of non-profit organizations and schools in Africa that work with high-achieving low-income students to access international higher education opportunities. By building a coalition of university access organizations across the African continent the network empowers the next generation of community-builders through higher education.
