The second USA Day Celebration was held on May 22, 2023 at Greencastle-Antrim Primary School; the focus was on flag etiquette. Developed plans for a USA Day Celebration on May 23, 2024. A USA Day promotional brochure was developed and produced. The Networking/Outreach Committee established a list of 13 possible organizations where representatives from the USA Day Advisory Committee could present the USA Day Celebration concept.$0$0

We were not aware that it could only be filed electronically and, therefore, are requesting a reasonable cause abatement. Also, any penalty charges would cause a severe financial burden on our organization.
