IRS990/Desc0Housing Is Your Right has helped over 100 families stay housed since our inception in 2022. In 2023 we rolled out two programs to help homeowners communicate with their lenders through restructuring their mortgage loans and education and financial literacy workshops. Loan Modification Counseling and Housing Support: (100% of clients have gone through this program) Majority of our clients are helped with our Loan Modification Counseling and Housing Support program. During this program we find out our clients housing crisis and navigate the correct channels for housing resolution and sustainability. These channels involve negotiating with the bank on our clients behalf to reinstate their loan by reducing the interest rate, recasting the loan over 40 years, and placing all delinquencies on the rear of the loan. As well as Financial Literacy and Education Workshops.
