FORM 990, PART III, LINE 1 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION STATEMENT

A. Organizational mission & launch-year context jonathan's landing foundation (jlf) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a clear mission: to build the world's most comprehensive residential community for adults with autism. Headquartered in orlando and operating nationally, jlf is developing housing for 500 adults and generating 5,000 meaningful jobs through a bold live-and-work model. Starting with careers in tech and culinary sciences, the foundation's employment initiative is driven by a groundbreaking social enterprise strategy designed to set a new standard for opportunity and independence. Techtonic is a social enterprise powered by jonathan's landing foundation that delivers mobile device repair, asset management, and disposition services while creating meaningful employment pathways for neurodiverse adults, including individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. With more than 13 years of industry experience and certifications including r2v3, iso, and wise, techtonic combines industry-leading standards in repair, sustainability, and data security with a mission to build a more inclusive workforce. Learn more at www.techtonic.world. Jonathan's landing foundation (jlf) launched in 2023 by creating inclusive community experiences designed to expand access, belonging, and opportunity for adults with autism and developmental differences. In 2024, the organization focused on research, program design, and relationship building with ctia, stratix, samsung, and other industry partners to prepare for the launch of techtonic and the workforce innovation platform, foundational components of jlf's long-term "live + work" model. B. Inclusive community experiences (events with jonathan program) in 2024, jlf delivered 25 inclusive, sensory-considerate community experiences through donated private suites and food-and-beverage services at orlando magic and solar bears games. Each event partnered with a different central florida disability-serving organization. These experiences provided meaningful community access for individuals who often face cost, sensory, or accessibility barriers to participation. Across all events, 470 individuals were served, including adults with autism, families, caregivers, and support professionals. The organization received 25 donated suites valued at approximately $62,500 and donated catering valued at approximately $45,000. These in-kind contributions are recorded as contribution revenue with corresponding program-service expenses in accordance with irs reporting standards. C. Workforce innovation launch (techtonic, skill circuit, million device drive) in 2024, jlf formally launched its workforce innovation initiatives. This included the establishment of techtonic, its first social enterprise, the launch of the skill circuit workforce discovery model, and the initiation of the million device drive (mdd) campaign. Even during its launch year, jlf began serving partner organizations, providing hands-on exposure to mobile device repair, digital literacy, and technology-based career pathways. Early data from skill circuits informed development of accessible training models and jlf's inclusive technical curriculum. D. Microcredential development & wise alignment throughout 2024, jlf advanced the development of ctia wisealigned microcredentials and inclusive instructional design frameworks supporting future certification and apprenticeship career pathways. Curriculum development, assessment models, and training structures were prepared for full implementation in 2025. E. Florida vocational rehabilitation grant in 2024, jlf initiated its state of florida vocational rehabilitation (vr) grant activities to establish the groundwork for the workforce innovation center model, including program design, curriculum development, employer engagement, and ecosystem planning. F. Donated office space the organization received donated office space from may through december 2024, totaling approx
