“Youth- auntie bec's boutique served between 150-175 shoppers this fiscal year. This number includes both individual appointments as well as the prom event. Appointments occur on fridays as well as evenings and weekends when possible. Due to this limited availability, shoppers are scheduled as quickly as possible. We continue to ask youth to complete the qr code survey. Youth provide feedback to the boutique and demographics are collected as well. Youth served range in ages from 12-24. Identified races include asian, hispanic, african american, american indian, mexican, caucasian. Identified genders include female, male, gernderqueer/genderfluid, non- binary and transgender. Auntie bec's held the third annual prom event this year. The event was held on aril 12th, 2025. This event was the first one held in the new space auntie bec's boutique moved into at the end of march. Over 30 youth were served coming from both the metro and greater metro area. High school for recording arts school also had an additional group of students who came in on the 24th and the 26th. Numerous students made individual appointments as well. The boutique continued to offer both dresses and suits for shoppers. Referrals continue to come from numerous sources and established partnerships are forming. There is a section now on our website that lists partners that refer consistently to the boutique. This list includes children's law center, the link, flaherty family foundation, avivo and wildflyer coffee. Community partners- as mentioned above auntie bec's boutique has established partnerships with referral sources and we continue to strong partnerships with members in the community that generously donate clothing, shoes, accessories and monetary donations to support rent and administration costs. Wayzata community church hosted a dress and suit drive this year for the prom event. More than hundred dresses and thirty suits were donated. Highlights- auntie bec's boutique was able to move into a new, bigger space in march of 2025. This was made possible by the dough grant we received last year. The new space consists of two suites: boutique and a storage space for offseason clothing and donation processing area. This grant also allowed us to purchase a washer and dryer unit so donations can washed, if needed. Auntie bec's boutique also incorporated an online volunteer form that allows us to have a more streamlined way to screen volunteers. Future of abb- auntie bec's boutique continues to see an increase in youth referrals, referring partners, and donors. Auntie bec's boutique will remain in the current location as a 5 year lease was signed in april of 2025. Auntie bec's executive director and board will continue to work on fundraising strategies and connections to support long term growth and sustainability.”
