Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Part I Line 16

Line 16 Consists of mission-related travel expenses (airfare, lodging, meals, and transportation), mission supply purchases, veteran support program costs, awareness and outreach expenses, fundraising costs (including advertising), technology expenses, and general operating costs necessary to conduct the organization?s exempt activities. - 87473

Part I Line 20

Other changes in net assets reflect the recognition of mission-related equipment and capitalizable items acquired during 2024. These purchases were reported as cash-basis expenses in Part I, but remain on hand at year-end and are therefore recorded as ?Other assets? in Part II. The adjustment of $19,769 reconciles the cash-basis excess of revenues over expenses in Part I with the organization?s year-end net assets reported in Part II. - 19769

Part II Line 24

Line 23 includes $21,000 in mission-related equipment and other capitalizable assets held for program use. These assets are used exclusively to support veteran recovery, mission operations, public education, and field research. - Beginning Of Year Amount: 0 End Of Year Amount:21430

Part II Line 26

During 2024, the organization received a $5,000 loan to support temporary operating cash flow. The loan is recorded as a liability on Line 24 of Part II and is not included in contributions or revenue. No portion of the principal was repaid during 2024. - Beginning Of Year Amount: 0 End Of Year Amount:5000
