Public Charity under 170 (b)(1)(A)(vi). Men of Honor foundation provides education to young men in an effort to combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency. The mission of Men of Honor Foundation is "to empower the young men of our community by investing in them chivalrous, courteous, and honorable behaviors, characteristics, and ethics traditionally required of all gentlemen. Thereby preparing them to launch into the world, gain success and ultimately become an asset to our community and society at large."

Capstone Awards Banquet. This banquet showcases the participants' learned skills and they earn awards for what has been learned for the project duration. Skills include public speaking, table etiquette, professional dress. 100 youth benefitted-$5,766
US Naval Academy STEAM Project where youth have the opportunity to interact with midshipmen and conduct a mind-stimulating STEAM experiment. 100 youth benefitted.-$2,406
DC Flight Club in which participants had the opportunity to engage aviation professionals and accessed flight simulations. 100 youth benefitted.-$1,697

An exception may be made for the initial Board, who will serve staggered terms to avoid more than one third (1/3) of the Board being elected at any Annual Meeting. No person shall serve more than three (3) consecutive full terms on the Board, except that, upon approval by the Board, a Director may extend their term for one (1) year to serve as immediate past president or immediate past treasurer. Directors may be elected for less than a full two (2)-year term for the purpose of filling vacancies or staggering terms of office. Persons serving an initial term of less than two (2) years may serve for three (3) additional two (2)-year terms. After serving the maximum time allowed, a person may again be nominated for Board membership after being off the Board for one (1) year.
