“The purpose of the motley community events organization ("corporation")shall be threefold. First, the corporation shall work to combat civic and community deterioration by planning and hosting city-wide events within the city of motley to bring its citizens together to promote civic pride, engagement, and unity. Second, to plan and host the annual june fest celebration for the citizens of motley and to promote the city of motley and june fest to non-residents who would not normally visit the city of motley. Finally, the motley community events organization will support local fire departments and youth oriented non-profit organizations such as future farmers of america in and around the city of motley.”

“The organization held two main community events - june fest and fall fest and a christmas light display competition. Residents and non-residents engaged in activities, food and entertainment. Activities included music, bouncy houses, obstacle course, face painting, pedal/pull, birdhouse project, rib/wing fest, fun run, mud volleyball, fireworks, and pumpkin contest.”
