Flow Freedom is a program under Gentle Gratitude that focuses on providing menstrual health education and hygiene products to underserved communities. Our mission is to empower individuals by ensuring access to menstrual products and education, promoting period dignity, and breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation. We aim to provide individuals with the knowledge and resources to manage their menstrual health with confidence. Accomplishments: Distribution of Hygiene Products: In the past year, Flow Freedom distributed over 37,000 feminine hygiene products, including menstrual pads and tampons, to individuals in need. This distribution helped to alleviate barriers to menstrual hygiene for those who lack access to these essential products. Educational Workshops: We hosted workshops at both an elementary and high school, reaching a diverse group of students and community members. These workshops focused on menstrual health education, hygiene practices, and the importance of using menstrual products responsibly. The workshops helped to reduce stigma and encourage open dialogue about menstrual health. Community Outreach: Flow Freedom provided menstrual products to nine schools in Philadelphia, PA, ensuring that students in these schools had access to necessary hygiene products during their menstrual cycles. This outreach has made a significant impact on the students' ability to attend school and participate in daily activities without the barrier of lacking menstrual supplies.$14,500$5,915
