POTENTIAL RECIPIENTS OF THE GRANT PROGRAM ENCOUNTER MEDICAL HARDSHIPS STEMMING FROM A LOSS OF OR INADEQUATE HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE, PARTICULARLY IF THEY REQUIRE EXPENSIVE MEDICATIONS.
