Icd and ihdc are recognized as not-for-profit corporations and are exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. They are not classified as private foundations and as such, no provision for income taxes is reflected in the consolidated financial statements. Properties is a single member limited liability corporation; therefore, the results of operations of this entity are consolidated with the icd information return. As of december 31, 2024, the organization has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements, and there are no material amounts of unrecognized tax benefits. Tax years subsequent to 2021 remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions.

IN 2024, 206 NEIGHBORS WERE PROVIDED DIGNIFIED, AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH THE WORK OF INCOMMON HOUSING. SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN 2022, INCOMMON HOUSING HAS FINALIZED THE HANSCOM & GEORGIA ROW APARTMENTS, WHICH PROVIDES 76-UNITS OF HOUSING FOR OVER 100 NEIGHBORS AND HAS LAUNCHED THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST, A NEW NON-PROFIT THAT SUPPORTS HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN INCOMMON'S NEIGHBORHOODS. INCOMMON HOUSING IS ALSO DEVELOPING NEW, AFFORDABLE, MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING WITHIN THE PARK AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD, WHICH WILL PROVIDE 121 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND 4,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE.
